Alan Moore’s Dodgem Logic

Alan Moore’s Dodgem Logic was a live rendering of Moore’s cult publication at the Round Chapel, Hackney. Released bi-monthly over three years, Dodgem Logic was equal parts escapist entertainment, social curiosity and grassroots activism: a formidable pick-and-mix of hardworking humour and indie-essaying.

Featuring contributions from Stewart Lee, Robin Ince, Melinda Gebbie, Savage Pencil, Kevin O’Neil and Steve Aylett, Dodgem Logic live featured comedy, comment and an exhibtion of art work from the publication. Curated by editor-in-chief Alan Moore himself, the night culminated in a performance by Mr Moore as frontman of his band, The Retro Spankees.
